Il Parco delle Alpi Liguri si trova in Provincia di Imperia, incuneato fra il confine francese e il Basso Piemonte.
I suoi circa 6.000 ettari di territorio sono distribuiti su tre principali vallate: la Val Nervia, l’Alta Valle Argentina, e l’Alta Valle Arroscia.Attraverso sentieri, strade secondarie e sterrate è possibile spostarsi da una valle all’altra del Parco utilizzando antichi percorsi di crinale oggi ripristinati, che offrono magnifici panorami a 360° sulle Alpi Liguri e il mare.Circa 2000 metri di dislivello separano le zone più a valle da quelle più a monte dell’area protetta: la massima altitudine si raggiunge sulla vetta del Monte Saccarello, che con i suoi 2.200 metri è anche la cima più elevata dell’intera Liguria.- Più di 40 schede dettagliate per scoprire la fauna e la flora che caratterizzano il Parco; - Più di 50 schede che raccontano la cultura, tradizioni e la particolarità storiche dei sette comuni ricadenti nel territorio del Parco: Rocchetta Nervina, Pigna, Triora, Montegrosso Pian Latte, Mendatica, Cosio d’Arroscia e Rezzo; - Più di 30 schede georiferite tra esercizi commerciali e associazioni per conoscere l’accoglienza e i servizi offerti dal Parco;- Più di 200 km di sentieri georeferenziati per praticare l’outdoor nell’area protetta;- Una Mappa interattiva con il quale è possibile sempre orientarsi e navigare sul territorio del Parco;- Una sezione News per essere sempre aggiornati su tutti gli eventi e attività promosse sul territorio.The Ligurian Alps Park is located in the Province of Imperia, wedged between the French border and Lower Piedmont.
